The Green Room_
Streamlined recycling
For our clients that choose to reduce their environmental impact, old units or parts returned to us go to the Green Room to be categorised. Whether they get re-used (as spares), refurbished (in our Repair Shop) or recycled, you could say we’ve got it sorted.
The Hub_
Pick, pack & dispatch
This is where we get hands-on. Items to be sent to store – like testers, posters, and spare parts – are picked, packed, and collated from our many storage areas. Turnaround time is typically one day, and we have the capacity to send over 4,000 packages a month. Consolidating POS items for large campaigns can mean 1,400 kits, with more than 80 pallets of stock, leaving the building over four days – and several large projects often running concurrently. Phew. But you can relax - our team are on it.
The Repair Shop_
Sustainable & cost-saving
We’re working hard to reduce the plastic that ends up in landfill by re-using and repairing. Our warehouse team assess every part that comes back from store, to see if it can be re-used following electrical testing, deep cleaning, structural repair, spec updates and more. And it’s not just better for your sustainability targets – it’s better for your bottom line, too.

Storage & stock
Home to hundreds of pallet and stillage spaces, our warehouse is big on storage. Enjoy full visibility of stock status, assign owners, view and track orders and manage expired or obsolete items via our online platform, Insite. Our handy ‘shop’ facility within Insite could give you the ability to order stock items for direct despatch to store or to be installed by our in-store teams, too.

Safe hands you can trust
Your high-value items are stored in our high-security setting – accessible only by authorised key holders – ready to be distributed to nationwide retailers and locations. System access is managed centrally at our head office, with live CCTV accessible via mobile, if required. It’s all very James Bond.
