Summer 2021 saw us complete an exciting in-store update programme for two of the world’s biggest beauty brands, Max Factor and Rimmel.
Thanks to Covid-19, previous updates had been delayed which meant that by the time we were in store there was A LOT for us to do.
Over the course of 3 weeks, we completed 4,889 beauty stand updates, including resequencing, reconfiguring and remerchandising according to planogram. At peak, we had over 100 people working in stores up and down the country to deliver the programme.
And as part of our service whilst in store, we reported on the condition (such as broken or missing parts), cleanliness, lighting and drawer functionality of every unit, meaning that we are able to give our client in-depth and meaningful data about the state of their entire estate, not to mention a searchable gallery 100,091 photos.
