We have been working with AkzoNobel, the parent company of Dulux, since 2008 and have played a key role in ensuring their in-store features remain modern and up to date.
In 2018, the Dulux brand was having a colour wall refresh in Dulux decorator centres - the number one spot for their trade customers.
Having installed the units in-situ, our installers and merchandisers were familiar with the brand and the kit they have in stores across the nation. This meant that our teams were experienced, well prepared and knowledgeable when it came to replacing the units for a fresh look and feel.
Our teams got to work installing and merchandising new colour wall units into 193 Dulux decorator centres in 8 weeks.
To ensure the smoothest possible delivery for our client, we took care of distribution - storing all kit in our regional depots across the UK. We delivered the new units to store, then de-merchandised and disposed of all old units before installation and merchandising of the new ones began.
Once the new units were fully installed and merchandised, our teams ensured the area was clean and tidy and obtained sign-off from the store manager. All was then ready for customers to interact with the new stands.
