For the launch of the Pixel 3, Google needed to create a retail experience that matched its innovation, from sleek displays to hands-on demos, the whole experience had to be be spot-on.
And that’s where we came in.

Quick & Seamless Execution
With 108 of our team members on the job, we had to get over 2,000 stores ready in record time. We updated graphics, set up demo handsets, and made sure every store was looking fresh. We partnered with retailers like EE and Carphone Warehouse, making sure each location was transformed in just 3 days.

Tech-Powered Transparency
Thanks to Insite, Google was able to see exactly how things were going in real-time. With before-and-after photos of every store and full visibility on all installations, we made sure every detail was on point. By the end of the project, we’d answered over 66,000 questions giving Google all the data they needed to fine-tune their store layouts.

A Complete Check-Up
It wasn’t just about the Pixel 3. While we were there, we also checked the placement of other Google products, like the Home Hub and Pixel Stand, making sure everything was in the right spot and ready to go.
