Rob Gleave


After dedicating 37 years to the company, being a key figure in the retail marketing industry and at the forefront of some of Europe’s most impressive in-store marketing campaign implementations, Rob’s knowledge of the industry is second to none. 
Rob’s strong entrepreneurial style and strategic vision combined with his operational expertise has made Momentum Instore the award-winning, multimillion-pound business that it is today. By providing strong leadership and developing a team just as committed as he is, Rob has ensured that Momentum Instore continues to grow and deliver a market-leading offering by maintaining a competitive edge in an extremely tough environment.
In January 2019, Rob passed over the day-to-day management of the business to his dedicated board of directors and now stands as Chairman, working with the Board to effectively set and implement Momentum Instore’s overall direction and strategy. 

Paul McCarthy

Group Managing Director

Paul joined the business in 2013 as Sales & Marketing Director. With a strong commercial background and experience in attracting, retaining and nurturing key clients, Paul continued to drive growth across new and existing sales channels.

After 6 years in the role and an ongoing commitment to the business, Paul advanced to Group Managing Director in January 2019. In this new position, Paul is responsible for the leadership of both Momentum Instore (UK) and our French business Momentum Instore SAS.  


Nick Hinton

Group Finance Director

Nick is a proven qualified Finance Director with vast experience in SME entrepreneurial growth businesses and manages all aspects of financial operations across the group.

Practice qualified, Nick then spent 2 years in corporate finance before moving into industry. He has held senior board positions for the past 15 years in a variety of sectors including manufacturing, property, retail, medical and FMCG. He joined Momentum Instore in April 2012, just before the MBO from McCann Eriksson was completed. Nick's role in the business encompasses strategic & commercial input as well as the traditional finance offering.


Lee Mather

Operations Director

Lee Mather has over 17 years’ experience in retail management roles. He has worked with retailers such as Boots, Sainsburys, Homebase, Asda, Tesco and B&Q on major development projects.

Most recently, Lee has been the project lead for Momentum on the Sweetshop programme for Boots, accountable for the Programme, Scheduling and Control function, managing inbound supply as well as the installation and merchandising delivery of the project in over 1300 Boots sites. Lee is a business graduate with a Prince 2 Practitioner qualification and a Nebosh NGC in Occupational Health and Safety.

Tim Ellis

Sales and Marketing Director

Tim is a retail marketing specialist, providing our clients with a consultative service to help them plan and deliver an effective marketing campaign into store, whilst helping to ensure they gain a return on their investment. His knowledge, expertise and can-do attitude consistently delights our clients.

Tim manages both the sales and marketing teams, providing both strategic and creative direction. Tim’s role consists of managing sales pitches, generating new business and managing relationships with our key clients. 

Keith Mitchell

General Manager Europe

Keith has over 20 years’ experience working within the point of purchase industry, in the UK, throughout Europe and beyond. With growing demand for retail implementation across Europe and Keith’s widespread network, Keith's role soon evolved to see him take on the challenge of being General Manager for our French business, Momentum Instore SAS.

Keith is responsible for driving growth strategies across Europe and developing relationships with key partners in each country, ensuring our clients’ key objectives for each and every project are met. Keith works closely with our senior management team to ensure our operational and commercial goals are delivered.
