We pride ourselves on our investment in our people. Each member of our team has a personal development plan and we offer our colleagues the best training in the industry, both classroom-based and in-store. We run several training schemes designed to help those at the beginning of their career become leaders of the future, as well as those already in management positions in taking the next step into senior leadership. Momentum is committed to thanking and praising great work and our monthly and annual recognition schemes are testament to this.
As a family owned and managed business we are committed to our colleagues. We couldn’t do what we do without them.
Our company vision is to continually set the standard by which others in our industry are measured, be a dynamic, highly effective, lean and fast-moving organization and be a great place to work where people are inspired to be the best that they can be.
Fostering a diverse workforce
Momentum’s company handbook sets out our commitment to the treatment of our colleagues through a number of key policies. We aim to incorporate these initiatives into our strategic business plans and to take a leadership role within the industry by fostering a diverse workforce and an inclusive business culture. Every employee of Momentum has the right to be treated with dignity and equality at work.
We are extremely passionate about our new apprenticeship programme which has helped local young people take their first steps into a career within our business.
Every year, we share 10% of our profits equally between all of our colleagues as a thank you for helping Momentum to be the leading retail installation and merchandising agency in the marketplace.
Meet The Team!
Our teams are what make Momentum Instore so great. In this series of short videos we get to know some of the Momentum team, getting an insight into their lives both in and outside of work.

Working with the world's biggest brands and retailers
We have helped some of Europe's most prestigious names in retail adapt to a changing marketplace through speedy product launches, perfectly presented display installations and by providing them with a deep understanding of their entire estate.
Through My Estate, BP now have full visibility of their assets, stock and maintenance history of forecourts across every location within their estate. All captured data is immediately accessible from the palm of their hand.
After 14 years of old, tired self selection stands in-store, a complete refresh of their stands across the UK was needed. We worked with Boots from the planning phase all through to installation; the refresh resulting in a much improved shopping experience for their customers.
We have been working in partnership with Sainsbury’s for over 12 years, providing merchandising support across their entire store estate. We’ve been involved with new store merchandising, general merchandise space swaps, new line launches, post-survey merchandising and more.
When Google released their new Pixel 3 smartphones, we ensured that through perfectly placed POS and an extremely fast rollout, they could effectively compete with other big brands in bustling stores such as EE and Carphone Warehouse.
