You’ve likely seen all the flags, banners, posters and more across BP’s 1,300-site estate. Well, they need updating regularly, and replacing when they get damaged. That, is exactly where Momentum come in.
Every month, we get sent new collateral from the printers. From there, packs are made up from multiple individual POS items, and sent to store. That may sound like a simple task, but we receive between 70 and 300 unique items every month, and every site requires different collateral to be sent in their pack!
For any items that need to be installed by us, we visit the site to install, on the week following the pack sendouts. In order for our teams to be allowed on-site, they must be SPA accredited – an accreditation we ensure all our BP teams have prior to working on the forecourts.
BP shop on Insite
Rather than having to call us, or getting lost in email chains, BP can order new POS items at the click of a button through the shop on Insite. There, they will find all items in their inventory and can order them straight to store. This inventory is kept up to date through regular audits whenever we are on-site, supported by photos and latest part codes.
