That’s what it took to collate the data Argos needed to introduce their new fast-track service, aligning with their strategy to become digital retail leaders.
It started with the survey, collating all the data. Answering questions set by the client. Taking photos to show them exactly what they have in their store currently, and where.
From there, we created a visual indication of exactly where the new fast-track area should be located in each shop, based on existing fixtures, fittings and available usable space.
The 35,000 photos uploaded to Insite provided our client with a valuable set of data from which to make decisions from.
The end result was a 652-store estate with perfectly placed screens, giving their customers an enhanced experience in-store.
