Rolling out trolley updates for Tesco

Prior to installing new security wheels on trolleys for Tesco, Gatekeeper tasked Momentum with surveying 654 stores and gathering crucial estate information. The system prevents trolleys from being pushed out of a store without having passed through a payment area.

Sustainably closing the loop with L’Oréal

The vision for L’Oréal was to work with their partners (in this case, Momentum as merchandiser / installer, and Willson Brown as the manufacturer) to bring everyone involved from design through to end of life together.

Sparkly new No7 stands for Project Diamond

An installation of 13 different stand types across 835 stores would be a challenge enough. But factor in a global pandemic and you don't need much imagination to see the problems this kind of project could face.

Smoking the competition with JTI

For JTI, our in-store teams re-profiled the gantry layouts and implemented new POS holders, info graphics and shelving units across 3,200 stores in just 8 weeks.

Max Factor and Rimmel in-store updates

Over the course of 3 weeks, we completed 4,889 beauty stand updates, including resequencing, reconfiguring and remerchandising according to planogram. At peak, we had over 100 people working in stores up and down the country to deliver the programme.

A 2,000-store Google launch in 3 days

We had over 100 team members working over just 3 days to ensure all 2,000+ stores were ready to showcase the new Pixel 3 smartphone when Google released it. As well as just the installation, we carried out compliance checks to ensure all POS was perfect in other store groups, ensuring the brand remained on-point.

Fuelling BP’s success

We’re on BP forecourts every month, updating their POS both outside and out to keep their brand looking fresh. Whenever they need something delivered to store, they head over to the virtual shop on Insite and it’s there in no time.

Giving Boots a full makeover

This project was HUGE. To refresh their 14-year old cosmetics stands, 15,885 new units were installed and merchandised across the Boots estate, for multiple brands.

When you walk into a department store, the bright lights on the beauty stands showing beautiful people are guaranteed to catch the eye of a passing by customer. We keep things fresh by making sure those lightboxes are updated and maintained.
